Spinal gymnastics - strength
Back pain is nothing new to most Germans.
Lack of exercise and jobs that require little physical activity and are mostly sedentary contribute to this. Whether it's muscle tension or herniated discs, many of us have unfortunately experienced painful spinal issues at some point in our lives! Quite a few even suffer from chronic complaints that only improve temporarily even with doctor visits and massages.
In our spine course, you'll learn both practical and theoretical content to help you better care for your back in the future. In addition to targeted strengthening exercises to build muscle, you'll also learn more about the anatomical structure of the spine. Knowledge of the interrelationships between vertebrae, intervertebral discs, and nerves enables us to treat our backs more consciously and kindly in everyday life.

In my "Spinal Exercises" course, I'd like to introduce you to selected and suitable options for improving your fitness. In addition to understanding what's available, I also focus on the why and how of the exercises. This will expand your knowledge of the implementation and effectiveness of the content.
By the end of the course, you'll have a clear idea of which activity suits you best. Together, we'll develop strategies to integrate this activity into your everyday life in a fun and motivating way.
