Nordic Walking – Endurance

Nordic walking improves fitness and effectively trains not only the legs and glutes but also the upper body muscle groups, enhances mobility in the shoulder and neck area, and promotes blood circulation. The program includes technique training, warm-up, stretching, strengthening, and coordination exercises.


This course is aimed at participants who wish to learn Nordic walking technique and develop their own training planning skills for a personalized, moderate endurance training program to prevent cardiovascular disease. It is also suitable for people who already have Nordic walking experience and want to improve or deepen their technique.


People with specific risks in the area of the cardiovascular system who would like to learn a lifelong sport (Nordic walking as moderate endurance training), but also healthy adults who want to improve their physical fitness through moderate endurance training in order to prevent certain diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases).

Prevention course according to §20, SGB V

Our course is listed as a preventative health course with the ZPP (Central Testing Agency for Prevention) and with statutory health insurance companies. These companies subsidize these courses up to 100%. Attendance is at least 80%. Please check with your health insurance company for details.
