Nordic walking improves fitness and, in addition to strengthening the legs and buttocks, effectively trains the upper body muscle groups, improves mobility in the shoulder and neck area, and promotes circulation. It includes technique training, warm-up, stretching, strengthening, and coordination exercises.

Nordic Walking – Endurance
Nordic walking improves fitness and, in addition to strengthening the legs and buttocks, effectively trains the upper body muscle groups, improves mobility in the shoulder and neck area, and promotes circulation. It includes technique training, warm-up, stretching, strengthening, and coordination exercises.
The course is aimed at participants who want to learn Nordic walking technique and develop their own training planning skills for individually planned moderate endurance training to prevent cardiovascular disease. It is also aimed at people who already have Nordic walking experience and want to improve or deepen their technique.
People with special risks in the area of the cardiovascular system who would like to learn a life-time sport (Nordic walking as moderate endurance training), but also healthy adults who want to improve their physical fitness through moderate endurance training in order to prevent certain diseases (e.g. cardiovascular diseases).

- Theory and practice
- learning the NW technique
- Strength, coordination, cardiovascular, stretching, well-being
- Relaxation & Regeneration
- max. 10 participants per course
- Certified according to §20 SGB V
