We use 1&1 WebAnalytics, a web analytics service provided by 1&1 IONOS SE. This service collects and stores data such as:
The data is collected either via a pixel or a log file. 1&1 WebAnalytics does not use cookies. All data is collected anonymously, so it cannot be traced back to you personally. No personal user data is stored. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the statistical analysis of user behavior to optimize both our website and our advertising. You can object to the processing of your user data for analytical purposes by sending us a corresponding notification.
10. Use of Google Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools on our website. Therefore, no personal data is collected or processed in this context.
11. Use of social media plugins
Our website does not use social media plugins. No data is transmitted to social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
12. Integration of Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables convenient use of the map function.
By visiting our website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage. In addition, the data mentioned in section 3 of this statement is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into, or whether no user account exists. If you are logged into Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. Such analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. There you will also find further information on your rights and settings options to protect your privacy. https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
13. Use of an AI-powered voice assistant to answer incoming calls
We use the IONOS AI telephone assistant to automate the processing of telephone inquiries. This assistant processes call content on our behalf to capture, forward, or answer your request. This involves the use of automatic speech recognition (speech-to-text), semantic analysis (natural language processing), and, if necessary, text generation (text-to-speech).
Conversation content may be recorded, transcribed, or documented. This will only occur if you were informed accordingly at the beginning of the conversation and continue the conversation. You can end the connection at any time to prevent this processing.
The data processed includes, in particular, your statements during the conversation, technical connection data (date, time, duration), and any personal data you voluntarily provide, such as your name or telephone number. Interaction data is also processed, for example, regarding the conversation's flow or in case of call termination.
The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (for the initiation or performance of a contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient and scalable communication).
For technical implementation, we use subcontractors, particularly for hosting, speech recognition, and semantic analysis. In this context, personal data may also be transferred to the USA by the subcontractor. This generally occurs on the basis of an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 GDPR, as the service providers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If such a decision is lacking, the transfer is based on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR and supplementary safeguards. The requirements of Article 44 GDPR are complied with.
To improve speech processing, pseudonymized data may be used for training purposes. Tracing this data back to individual persons is either impossible or significantly hindered. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.
The data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Afterwards, the data is automatically deleted or anonymized.
14. Collection and processing of data via forms (physiotherapy waiting list)
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to register for a waiting list for physiotherapy appointments via an online form (Microsoft Forms).
By using this form, the data you enter (e.g., name, telephone number, email address and, if applicable, details of your request) will be processed by us in order to contact you and offer you appointments as soon as capacities are available again.
Your data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The form is provided via the Microsoft Forms service. The data entered in the form is stored and processed on Microsoft servers. We have concluded appropriate data processing agreements with Microsoft.
Your data will be used exclusively for the purpose of the waiting list and will not be passed on to third parties.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, your data will be deleted immediately, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
15. Right to object
If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 GDPR, provided there are grounds relating to your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without requiring you to specify a particular situation. If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw consent or object, simply send an email to info@psz-ipw.com.
16. Data security
During your visit to our website, we use the widely used SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is typically 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can recognize whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed padlock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. Passwords and sensitive data are never stored or transmitted unencrypted.
