PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSTICS – TRAINING PLAN DESIGN


Performance diagnostics provide us with information about the current health status of a recreational or competitive athlete. The focus is on physical performance in the areas of strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and coordination.
It also helps us better understand our bodies and their functions.
With the evaluation, training time is used wisely and effectively. The athlete always has the good feeling of having done everything right.By repeating the performance tests approximately every 3-6 months, performance development can be observed over a longer period of time.
