Our 8-week online coaching program is led by Prof. Dr. Stephan Geisler, known as "The Fitness Professor." As a professor of fitness and health at the IST University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf and head of the fitness trainer training program at the German Sport University Cologne, he brings extensive expertise.
