Here's how to activate the TheraConnect app: Just a few steps to full use
Full functionality in just a few steps
To use the TheraConnect app, please have your access activated by us. You will receive your login details via email.
Then it begins:
- Scan the QR code or click on the TheraCode link – the first time you will download the app.
- Scan or click again to connect directly to our practice.
- Enter your login details.
- Set your personal PIN.
Done! From now on, you can easily manage your appointments yourself and stay in touch with us.
Online appointment booking (OTR)
Book physiotherapy and massage easily online
You can now conveniently book appointments for physiotherapy and self-pay services via our online booking tool. Please note the following information:
Physiotherapy (with prescription)
Do you have a prescription from your health insurance provider or private health insurance for physiotherapy, manual therapy or massage?
Then you can book your first appointment online – we will then contact you by phone or email to arrange further appointments together.
Please note:
- The first appointment must be confirmed by us via email.
- Access by appointment only: Our practice is located on the grounds of IPW Hanau – no access without prior registration!
- Are you not an employee of IPW-Hanau and new to us? Then please arrange your initial appointment via email or the contact form.
- Please cancel appointments only via email or the contact form.

Services payable by the customer (e.g. massage, shockwave therapy)
You can also book massages or other private services online – But only if you are an employee of IPW-Hanau.
Here's what you should know:
- Simply use the available placeholder dates – even if you have already booked in the shop.
- Do you want to book multiple appointments? Then please book each appointment individually.
- Payment is made on site. This allows you to make spontaneous decisions with us – for example, to use a 5-visit pass instead of a single service.
- Here too, please cancel appointments only via email or the contact form.

Important: Online appointment booking (OTR) does not replace personal consultation – we are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Physiotherapy also for external patients
Our physiotherapy services are not only available to employees in the industrial park – external patients can also make use of our services.
The following guidelines apply to access to the site:
Access for external users:
External visitors receive a day ticket at registration and can enter the grounds on foot. The parking lot
It is located outside the factory premises; the walk to us takes approximately 5 minutes.
Accessibility:
In medically justified exceptional cases (e.g. after an operation), entry by car can be permitted after prior arrangement – preferably with an accompanying person.
