More Power – The strength program - with simple everyday objects and more power and stability in everyday life!

Our modern everyday life is increasingly reduced to one-sided movement patterns, and our functional strength abilities in all of our muscle systems fall by the wayside. With this course you will experience and learn targeted whole-body strengthening through to individual and sustainable training control according to your preferences and wishes. Now start a new and active life.


The main goals of this course are to promote performance/exercise/health appropriate to human nature. Fun and targeted challenges take you out of the monotonous movement patterns of everyday life.

The focus is on whole-body training. This includes your core muscles, the center of strength that lifts you up and holds you up, but also strengthening your arm and leg muscles for better performance in everyday life.

Look forward to a varied program to strengthen your muscle strength and learn from the first course unit everything from simple to intensive exercises, depending on your ability, as well as how to do them correctly. Increased endurance, movement coordination and mobilization round off the course concept.

Our course is listed as a prevention course by the ZPP or the statutory health insurance companies. The health insurance companies support these courses with up to 100%. Participation at least 80%. Ask your cash register about this.

In my online live course “More Power” I would like to show you selected and suitable options for strengthening your fitness. In addition to knowing what exists, the focus is also on why and how. In this way, you expand your knowledge regarding the implementation and effect of the content.

At the end of the course you will get a clear picture of which activity suits you. Together we will develop strategies to integrate this activity into everyday life in a fun and motivating way in the future.


Online Live Course via Zoom

We don't want to provide a video, but rather conduct the course live via Zoom. All exercises can be carried out at home and with everyday objects and the instructor can respond better to you.

After registering for the course, we will send you Zoom access and further documents. You don’t have to register with Zoom either.
