Exercise is the best medicine – and with us it doesn’t just take place on the couch

Physiotherapy (PT) is a central form of therapy in physiotherapy and is prescribed by a physician or can be booked through a specialist naturopath as a self-pay service. The goal is to restore, improve, or maintain the body's mobility and functionality – individually and in a way that is relevant to everyday life.

Your active participation is the focus: After a thorough physiotherapy assessment, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your symptoms, goals, and options. Whether it's back pain from prolonged sitting, restricted mobility after surgery, or motor deficits such as coordination problems – we support you with targeted exercises, guidance, and motivation.

Physiotherapy is more than just treatment: You learn to better understand your body and take responsibility for your own health. We place particular emphasis on sustainability, body awareness, and functional movement patterns.

The standard treatment time for a physical therapy session is 15 minutes. Upon request, you can extend your therapy time to better address your needs.
