When jaw, head and neck problems occur
Causes such as stress, teeth grinding, tense neck muscles, or poor posture often lead to discomfort in the head, neck, and jaw area – this condition is known as craniomandibular dysfunction (CMD). It is a functional disorder of the temporomandibular joint that can have far-reaching effects on the entire body.

Why a presentation on CMD?
In our information presentation, we would like to give you an insight into how CMD develops, what symptoms can be associated with it, and – most importantly – what options there are for sustainably treating the causes.
This is not just about short-term pain relief, but about a holistic understandingPosture, movement, stress and everyday life play a central role.
Our approach: More than just treatment on the bench.
Traditional physiotherapy is important – but for complex issues like temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), simply "lying on the table" is often not enough. Therefore, we pursue a different approach.
active approach:
- Targeted exercises for increased mobility and stability
- KGG (therapeutic exercise with equipment) and training on modern equipment
- Individual strategies for everyday life, the workplace, and stress management.
This is how we create the transition from acute treatment to long-term improvement and prevention.
