Physiotherapy lays the foundation—but what follows is often just as crucial. To help you maintain your progress and manage your symptoms in the long term, we offer targeted training alongside your therapy—customized, professionally supervised, and on-site.



Whether for stabilization after injuries, strengthening after a long period of rest, or support for chronic complaints: structured training can help prevent relapses, compensate for muscle imbalances, and gradually improve your resilience in everyday life.

Your training with us – individual & close

Our training area is directly connected to the physiotherapy department, so you can consult with your therapist as needed. This ensures continuous care – without having to change facilities or make unnecessary trips.


You can train with us as a regular member and benefit from flexible membership models – tailored to your goals and your daily routine.

myfitness – dein Einstieg in mehr Bewegung

With the myfitness program from myline, you receive a holistic and scientifically based concept for more exercise, healthy habits and noticeable changes in your everyday life.

The program was developed together with Prof. Dr. Stephan Geisler – known as the fitness professor – and combines digital coaching, personal support and practical exercise units.


Including:

  • 10 supervised training sessions in our studio
  • or 2 months of studio training – accompanied by our team


myfitness is a certified prevention program according to §20 SGB V and is subsidized or fully covered by many health insurance companies.
