Fun and targeted challenges will break you out of the monotonous movement patterns of everyday life. The focus is on core training, your center of strength, which uprights and sustains you.
Look forward to a varied program. The box office will contribute to the costs.

FunctioCorePower – your functional strengthening program
The goal of functional training is to reduce the risk of injury and increase performance. It's not just about muscle strength. Functional training trains the self-awareness of muscles, fascia, tendons, and joints and, through stabilization, builds muscles, muscle attachments, tendons, and the associated joints. In doing so, you increase your performance for everyday life, training, and competition.
In functional core training, you strengthen the center of strength, our muscular corset, without the use of heavy weight machines. This eliminates these imbalances.
But the term "center of strength" encompasses much more! A stable core enhances the performance of the entire body. Whether you're a housewife, student, sedentary worker, or tennis star, a strong core gives us performance.
