We can offer you the following programs for classic equipment training

Do you want to get fitter?Then we will put together a cardiovascular training session (including an endurance test) for you

Do you want to lose weight? Then we will put together a special fat metabolism training for you
(We also offer you a body analysis - BIA or a metabolic analysis)

Do you have sporting goals? We will then work with you to develop individual, sport-specific training including performance diagnostics
