DIAGNOSIS OF PERFORMANCE – DESIGN OF THE TRAINING PLAN


Performance diagnostics provide us with information about the current state of health of a recreational or competitive athlete. The focus is on physical performance in the areas of strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination.
It also helps us to better understand our body and its functions.
With the evaluation, the training time is used sensibly and effectively. The athlete always has the good feeling that he has done everything right.By repeating the performance tests approximately every 3-6 months, performance development can be observed over a longer period of time.
