Functional training is a form of training that is relevant to everyday life and crosses sports. It involves complex movement sequences that stress multiple joints and muscle groups at the same time. The health center offers you a wide range of options. Various training equipment and materials (such as the Iron Cube, THX, barbells and dumbbells, kettlebells, power bags and much more) are available to you.

You have the option to train on your own or you can choose circuit training in a group with a lot of fun.
