Our online reservation system (OTR)
You can now reserve physiotherapy and massage appointments online via our OTR. Please note the following:
physical therapy
- If you are a new customer and not an employee of the IPW-Hanau/ALD, please schedule your first appointment by email!
- the practice is located on the IPW premises. Access only possible with advance registration!
- You have a health insurance or private prescription for physiotherapy, massage, manual therapy, etc.
- then you can reserve the first appointment and we will call you back as soon as possible to arrange the remaining appointments
- the appointment must be confirmed by us by email
- Appointment cancellation only works by phone or email

Self-pay services
- Self-pay services such as: B. Massage or shock wave therapy can also be scheduled online

- Simply use the placeholder dates, even if you have booked in the shop.
- If you want to book several appointments at the same time, you cannot do this all at once. After the first termination, start again from the beginning.
- You have to pay with us, so you still have the option of switching (e.g. from a single massage to a 5-card) or to an existing card.
